Casa Amarilla
Located in a perfect spot in Jávea, easily accessible and close to all amenities, this beautiful home became the focus of an extensive renovation project. Spread over two floors, the property had great potential but still needed completion — the kitchen was missing, and the overall look required modernization.
Even before the purchase was finalized, we found the future owners. Together with them, we embarked on a large-scale renovation project, transforming the house completely according to their wishes and personal style.
About the project
We began by creating design plans and exploring different layout options. Working closely with the builder, we then opened up the spaces by removing interior walls to form a bright, open-plan living area where the living room, dining room, and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The new kitchen was built with a central island and custom brickwork, featuring beautiful wooden doors that add warmth and character.
A large sliding door now connects the interior with the covered terrace, enhancing the sense of space and light. All bathrooms were fully redesigned and refurbished, and the upper-floor terrace received an elegant roof covering. Outside, a new terrace was built and the garden layout was updated. The clients then personally decorated both the interior and exterior, giving the home a unique and inviting atmosphere.
The result is a contemporary and stylish villa where authentic charm and modern comfort come together beautifully.
