The first ideas
The project
This property has been (partly) renovated and now has 3 new, modern bathrooms. All the bedrooms and the living room have been fitted with recently installed air-conditioning units. In addition, the property has recently been completely repainted, inside and out, the garden restored and cleaned and the plants and palm trees pruned. A fence and a stretch of wall have been constructed at the end of the plot. The swimming pool has been regrouted and the installations have been checked. The house is ready to be your home! About this property
Renovated villa in Jávea with beautiful views of Montgo. The villa is situated in a quiet but central spot, within easy reach of Jávea’s old town (3 km), the beach (3.6 km), the main road to Denia and the motorway. Arenal’s beach and boulevard are only 6 minutes’ drive away and there are several supermarkets nearby, the nearest is only 6 minutes away.
The villa has two floors; downstairs is an entrance hall, a large living and dining area with a fire place, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generously proportioned, separate kitchen. The patio doors from the living room lead on to a fabulous, partly covered patio. It is a lovely spot for al fresco dining.
The main bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom, is located on the upper floor. The glass doors lead to a private roof terrace with gorgeous views of the surrounding area.
Outside, there is a pleasant, well-kept and almost full-grown garden, a driveway with space for several cars and of course a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The pool area is a few steps lower, perfect for families with young children because it is easy to cut off the access to the pool from the patio above.
