The first ideas
The project
The walls on the first floor will be removed to enlarge the living and dining area, creating a generous, open-plan space. The work means losing the hall and one of the bedrooms, leaving the villa with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest WC after the rebuilding.
Patio doors lead onto the patio, so you will soon be able to enjoy the beautiful views offered by this villa from the living and dining area. The entire kitchen will be moved to another part of the house, where a new, modern kitchen will be fitted.
All the property’s bathrooms will be rebuilt and modernised. The downstairs area will have a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a wall-to-wall wardrobe and large windows for more light.
Outside, the garden and pool will be restored. In addition, part of the rock face will be cut away to enlarge the patio area around the pool. The exterior of the house has already been repainted.
