This beautiful project in Jávea is a great example of how we guide our clients from dream to reality. The property had already been built by the developer when we met the eventual buyer. Even before the purchase was finalized, he fell in love with the house – and we had the pleasure of overseeing the entire process from finishing touches to final handover.

Our role included coordinating and completing the finishing works: from installing the kitchen and completing the bathrooms to determining the placement of light points and sockets. We also handled the administrative side — purchase guidance, documentation, and setting up utilities such as gas, water, and electricity.

The new owner then personally took care of the interior design, giving the villa a unique and personal touch.
